OpenCastLabs Consulting is a specialized division of OpenCastLabs Limited. We continue to offer outsourced Monitoring & Evaluation services for organizations which carry out short-term projects and won’t need to develop or recruit a fully fledged Monitoring & Evaluation Department. In some situations we will help you set up a functional Monitoring department/unit by (1) developing an M & E Framework, (2) Train staff on industry standard M & E Tools, procedures and fundamentals.
